American Football was a short lived ambient indie rock band. They put out a self titled album in 1999 that I’ve always looked at as a hidden gem in my collection. I always want to file them in the instrumental genre, even though their songs do include vocals, the atmosphere of the instrumentals seems to stay clearly in the forefront. This track is called “Never Meant” from the self titled album.
I like one Dutch cafe’s solution by reminding the customer with the name of the wireless network. Examples:

It’d be nice if everyone would set a reasonable time limit for themselves. How about after 30-45 minutes you leave, get another coffee, or just drop a dollar in the tip jar?
All the words except Eszett(ß). I’ve haven’t been able to find audio of it’s pronunciation. I’ve been curious about how it’s pronounced by a native German speaker. Can someone just ask Erik Spiekermann to say it?
300million make clever use of the Jacob’s ladder concept to make a very interesting fold for a brochure. Sure to grab your attention over a gatefold any day. via
Beefamato is a non-alcoholic beverage manufactured and sold by Mott’s corporation, consisting primarily of tomato juice and beef broth. It was first manufactured in 1966 and is a related product to Clamato.
Quite possibly the most disgusting liquid sold that you’re intended to drink. I could think of more appealing mixes that include toothpaste. Who buys this? If you can one up, by all means, but I think this might win (or is Clamato more disgusting?)
There has never been a show I’ve cared about as much as Arrested Development. This is great news. In my opinion, easily the best written comedy ever on television.
